Day 01: Arrival in Nepal
If this is your first time travelling to Nepal, your flight will be a brilliantly charming into Kathmandu on a clear day as the panoramic view of snow-capped mountain peaks wide-ranging down below you are chocolate-box to capture in your camera through the window of the airliner keeps you over the moon and really thrilled beginning the unforgettable experiences of the Himalayan country, Nepal. We will meet you at the exit gate of Kathmandu airport upon arrival and escort you to Manang Hotel*** in downtown, Thamel, reserved for you. It is suggested to our guests to take rest on this day to adapt the local environment.
Day 02: Kathmandu
We organize guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley, which is historically and culturally the heart of Nepal. Kathmandu Valley, the capital city of Nepal, has been a popular destination for tourists either for adventure journey or tours or culture exchange or study or religious activities. The valley presents a wonderful blend of Hinduism and Buddhism with lively cultural and religious heritage; however one can see Nepalese youths influenced by Western Lifestyle. Mainly, we take you on a tour of past imperial palaces, Buddhist and Hindu holy sites; monasteries, temples, shrines, and so on those reflect ancient local traditions of Nepal. Such places are:
Day 03: Kathmandu - Paro (Bhutan) flight by Druk Air
Our colleague in Bhutan will be waiting for you at Paro airport holding a signboard with your name. After welcome reception in the airport of Paro, they escort you to the hotel designated for you. You may take rest for couples of hours there in your hotel. In the afternoon, our colleague's tour guide meets you at the hotel and takes you to Drugyel Dzong, a ruined fortress against the Tibetan attack, Satsam Chorten Monastery built in memory of late Dilgo Khentshe Rimpoche and Kyichyu Lhakang, and before sunset you will get back to hotel.
Day 04: Sightseeing tour of Paro and Thimpu
Just after breakfast, the Tour Guide takes you to National Museum of Bhutan. Thereafter you will head to Thimpu, the capital city of Bhutan, by a private tourist coach. There in Thimpu, you will be guided to Memorial Chortens, Nunnery Gompas and local handicrafts centre. After the visits, you will be escorted to a hotel centrally located in Thimpu.
Day 05: Thimpu-Wangdi-Punakha drives
You will be guided to Punakha via Wangdi nearby Dochu La (a high passes at 3050m from where you get to see an impressive view of Bhutan. Your visit in and around of Punakha will be an ever memorable in your life. You will spend a night in Punakha.
Day 06: Drive back to Thimpu and transfer to your hotel.
Day 07: Drive to Paro. On the way from Thimpu to Paro you will visit Simkotha Dzong, the oldest Dzong in Bhutan; the places are the houses of traditional school in these days. In Paro you will visit Kyuchu Monastery, and then transfer to the hotel.
Day 09: Drive to Paro airport to depart Bhutan for Nepal. We will welcome you back Nepal and transfer to your hotel.
Day 10: Kathmandu
We will organize an excursion of neighbouring cities; Bhaktpaur and Patan (Lalitpur), which were independent countries until 240 years back. Our guide will lead you on a tour of past imperial palaces, villages, local industrial areas (handicrafts centres, pottering centres, Buddhist and Hindu temples and shrines.
Day 11: Drive to the airport to depart Nepal for home country.
