Day 01: Arrival in Nepal
If this is your first time travelling to Nepal, your flight will be a brilliantly charming into Kathmandu on a clear day as the panoramic view of snow-capped mountain peaks wide-ranging down below you are chocolate-box to capture in your camera through the window of the airliner keeps you over the moon and really thrilled beginning the unforgettable experiences of the Himalayan country, Nepal. We will meet you at the exit gate of Kathmandu airport upon arrival and escort you to Manang Hotel*** in downtown, Thamel, reserved for you. It is suggested to our guests to take rest on this day to adapt the local environment.
Day 02: Kathmandu
We organize guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley, which is historically and culturally the heart of Nepal. Kathmandu Valley, the capital city of Nepal, has been a popular destination for tourists either for adventure journey or tours or culture exchange or study or religious activities. The valley presents a wonderful blend of Hinduism and Buddhism with lively cultural and religious heritage; however one can see Nepalese youths influenced by Western Lifestyle. Mainly, we take you on a tour of past imperial palaces, Buddhist and Hindu holy sites; monasteries, temples, shrines, and so on those reflect ancient local traditions of Nepal. Such places are:
Day 03: Kathmandu - Paro (Bhutan) flight by Druk Air
The flight to Paro offers you an amazing charisma of Mt. Everest, Mt. Kanchenjungha, Mt. Chomolhari, Tsrim Gang, Jichu Drake, etc. together with beautiful terrain, rivers and forests flourishing on the majestic landscape of Nepal, India and Bhutan. Our colleague in Bhutan will be waiting for you at the Paro airport holding a signboard with your name. After welcome reception in the airport of Paro, they escort you to the hotel designated for you. We suggest our guests to take rest in the hotel to adapt the local environment. Our professional tour guide meets you there in hotel to conduct a series of briefing about the tour.
Day 04: Sightseeing Tours
On this day we will organize a visit to Drugyel Dzong, a ruined fortress against the Tibetan attack, Bhutanese Farm Houses, Ta Dzong; National Museum followed by a short walk to Rinpung Dzong and Paro Bazaar.
Day 05: Sightseeing Tours and Treks
We drive to Satsam Chorten Monastery built in the memory of late Dilgo Khentshe Rimpoche, Kyichyu Lakhang, etc. After visit this site, we trek for some 3 hours to Taksang Monastery. We then drive to Thimpu and check in a hotel.
Day 06: Sightseeing Tours
After breakfast, our guide leads you to visit in the Memorial Chorten, National Library, Handicrafts Emporium Centres and Tashichho Dzong.
Day 07: Thimpu-Punakha Drive
After breakfast drive to Punakha for 3 hours across the Dochula Pass. On the way we will serve you light refreshment will, check in Hotel. In the hotel you will have lunch, and after lunch visit Punakha Dzong.
Day 08: In the morning visit Bhutanese Farm House where traditional buttered-tea with 'Zaw' (Puffed rice) will be served and then visit Wangdi Podhra Dzong, get back Punakha.
Day 09: Drive to Paro; on the way, we will have lunch at Dochula. Stroll of Paro Bazaar at the evening.
Day 10: Soon after breakfast you will drive to Paro airport to depart Bhutan for Nepal. We will welcome you back Nepal and transfer you to your hotel.
Day 11: Kathmandu
We will organize an excursion of neighbouring cities; Bhaktpaur and Patan (Lalitpur), which were independent countries until 240 years back. Our guide will lead you on a tour of past imperial palaces, villages, local industrial areas (handicrafts centres, pottering centres, Buddhist and Hindu temples and shrines.
Day 12: Drive to the Kathmandu airport to depart Nepal for home country.
